Pre-Order Policy

Pre-order items will be dispatched in 10-15 business days after the order & payment are confirmed. Customised items for Fur Babies will take 20 business days.

If you place an order containing a pre-order item, the entire order will be on hold and dispatched at once. If you wish us to ship the in stock items first, please place your order separately, or drop us a DM for mailing the in stock items first (delivery fee COD)

Pre-order items might be out of stock after you have placed the order, especially for some popular and limited products from Korea. In this case, we will offer a full refund of that out of stock item. We are happy to offer free shipping even if the order did not meet the required amount due to the out of stock items.
