*e-Express is a trackable service offered by the Hong Kong Post. It is traceable on the website of the destination postal administrations or Hong Kong Post.

*For international orders, some bulky items (Dog beds, backpack, etc.) are not eligible for the Free Shipping Policy. Bulky items will be delivered by SF Express to Taiwan and by UPS to Rest of the World. Shipping cost will be shown when checkout.

*Estimated delivery time is for reference and applies to major cities only. Items may be subject to custom inspection which may require additional transit time. Any delay at the destination is beyond our control. Delivery time commences from the dispatch date. Any delay due to external factors (e.g. the pandemic, extreme weather and other logistic disruption) is beyond our control, but we will strive to dispatch the affected orders soonest.

*Import tax, duties and related custom fees are not included in the item prices or shipping cost. These charges, if applicable, are determined and charged by the Customs office of the destination country. 

*All shipping comes with tracking number. An email with the tracking details will be sent to you after the dispatch. 

*If your order include both in stock and pre order/ customised items, the whole order will be dispatched when all items arrived. If you wish to receive the in stock items first, please place your order separately. However, the order amount could not be combined for free shipping.

Pre order Items / Customised Jewelry: Dispatched in 10-15 business days
Customised / Made-to-order Items for Fur Babies: 15-20 business days

RETURN & EXCHANGE

All products are non-refundable. 

For reasons of hygiene and to protect our Fur Babies, all products are non-exchangeable. 
We only accept exchange in the following cases:

• Defective item
• Wrong item, i.e. not the product/size/color you ordered

*Shipping charges will be covered by us in the above cases.
*Due to the nature of handmade items, there may be slight variations and imperfections in some items. We don't accept exchange for these reasons. We believe this is one of the beautiful things about a handmade product as every product is unique. 
*We reserve the right to research the original purchase, and to limit or decline exchange.
