Q. 開啟暖墊後為何沒有變暖？
A. 請確認您的行動電源和額定輸出端口。
如果電纜或額定電壓不正確，可能會導致故障。
首次使用時，請將設置調至三檔，以便快速提高溫度。
在充分加熱後，根據周圍環境調整至適當的溫度使用。

自我檢查：
1. 確認行動電源和適配器的電源狀況。
2. 確認使用隨附的電纜或5V的低速電纜。
3. 更換其他行動電源或充電適配器後再次檢查。
4. 確認在暖墊上方時感受到的熱量。

※ 由於發熱體的特性，若與寵物或人體未接觸，熱量會向空氣中散發，可能會感覺不到明顯的溫暖。

Q. 整個表面好像不太熱？
A. 由於發熱體並不是均勻覆蓋於整個表面，因此中間部分的溫度可能會高於邊緣。

Q. 可以不拆卸進行機械洗滌和乾燥嗎？
A. 石墨烯暖墊的發熱元件和控制器採用了防水技術。可以使用中性洗滌劑在洗衣機的標準程序中清洗，產品功能不會受到影響，但為了避免損壞，建議遵循相關注意事項。
